A full-day immersion of sparkly 🍄 or straight up cacao, fascial release, breath-work, sauna, waterfall cold plunge, hot ramen, and spacious time in connection and nature. Drop in, let go, and return to yourself. Arrival is between 9-9:30am, and we begin promptly at 9:30am. We will wrap up the day at 5:30pm. Optional dinner and overnight are available.

-anything cozy for sound bath {sheepskin, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, etc}

For this portion of the day, we will split into 3 groups to move through Hydrotherapy, Lunch, and spaciousness {for nature, connection, offerings to earth art altar, journal, integration, alone time, etc etc.}
